




We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Engineer for a pork processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with STPS and Civil Protection regulations, developing and implementing risk prevention programs, and supervising safe conditions in production areas, refrigerated chambers, and machine rooms. The candidate must **control hot work (welding, cutting, use of grinders, etc.), precision work, and critical operations** through work permits, risk analysis, and on-site supervision. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate proper use of PPE, staff training, investigation of accidents and incidents, and maintenance of emergency plans, always aligned with hygiene and food safety requirements specific to the meat industry.
