Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to join our team and support the maintenance, technical support, and development of growing applications, contributing technically to the definition of solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and evolve production applications 2. Develop new backend, frontend, and mobile functionalities 3. Real technical participation in decision-making We are a team that develops and markets several proprietary apps and systems. Some projects have been in production for some time and continue to grow; others are expanding into new cities; and we constantly build new features and products. We are looking for a developer to join our team to support maintenance, technical support, and development—helping us scale our projects without compromising technical quality. What You’ll Do: • Maintain and evolve production applications • Develop new backend, frontend, and mobile functionalities • Fix bugs and improve existing code • Provide technical support and handle day-to-day tasks • Collaborate on the technical definition of solutions and priorities Primary Tech Stack • Backend: Laravel • Frontend: React • Mobile: React Native + Expo This stack is central to daily work. Requirements • ~2 years of experience with Laravel • ~2 years of experience with React • Proven experience with React Native + Expo (mandatory) • Ability to work with existing codebases and production-stage projects • Autonomy, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn Nice-to-Have • Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) • Experience working on growing products or within small teams • Basic understanding of deployment or production environments Work Modality • Semi-remote • Occasional in-person meetings in the city • Mostly remote work • Technical meetings 2–3 times per week for follow-up and planning Important: We seek someone residing in the city (not a fully remote position).
