




**Position:** Crepe Maker **Area:** Operations **Branch:** Gran Patio Pachuca **Reports to:** Island Manager or Zone Supervisor **Schedule:** 6 days worked and 1 day off (rotating) **Weekly salary:** $2,021.30 MXN gross **Job Objective:** Prepare crepes and other menu items following quality and hygiene standards, providing excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying experience during each visit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare sweet and savory crepes, beverages, and other menu items according to recipe. * Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner at the counter. * Keep the work area clean and organized before, during, and after shifts. * Restock supplies and materials at the workstation. * Follow food hygiene and handling procedures. * Process customer payments and record sales in the system (if applicable). * Report supply needs, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to the supervisor. * Comply with internal policies and appearance standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school (minimum). * Experience: Desired in food preparation, fast food, or customer service. * Skills: Speed, cleanliness, courteous attitude, and teamwork. * Required: Live near the area, availability to rotate shifts if needed, and responsibility. **Notes:** * This position is located within a commercial island, requiring good personal presentation and attitude. * Must adhere to scheduled hours and be punctual.
