**Customer Success Specialist (SaaS)** *Industry: Software as a Service (SaaS) / Travel Technology.* **Job Description**: We are seeking a professional passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our customers and our software platform, ensuring they derive maximum value from our XML integration and data management solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the initial technical implementation for new customers, ensuring smooth software adoption. Monitor and diagnose XML data flow between our system and external platforms (OTAs, Channel Managers, or accounting systems). Track account usage metrics to prevent cancellations. Translate customer-reported needs and issues into technical requirements for the development team. **Required Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Customer Success or Software Implementation (SaaS) roles. **Technical Skills:** Understanding of XML file structures. Familiarity with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira, or HubSpot).
