Job Summary: We are seeking a Controlling & Treasury Team Leader to manage budgets, treasury operations, financial reporting, and lead a small team, with a focus on process improvement. Opportunity to structure and improve existing processes **Controlling \& Treasury Team Leader** **Your Responsibilities** **What will you do in this role?** * Controlling and financial planning: Develop and monitor budget and forecast. Analyze variances against budget and propose corrective actions. Participate in monthly closings and provision controls. Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information. * Treasury and cash flow: Manage and monitor cash flow. Execute and validate payments with high accuracy. Perform bank reconciliations. Ensure controls that minimize operational errors. * Reporting and compliance: Prepare and deliver financial reports on time and accurately. Meet deadlines requested by the parent company. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. * Guarantees: supervise the process without direct operation. * Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve manual processes. Implement automation (e.g., advanced Excel, Power Query, or other tools.) **Your Profile** **What are we looking for?** * 5–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or treasury. * Experience in: Budgeting and forecasting. Cash flow management. Bank reconciliations. Payment controls.
