You will be the strategic link between the client, our operators, and our base, ensuring excellent service, punctuality, and constant communication, becoming a key player in client satisfaction and our business relationship. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Management and Support:** Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing their requests, providing updates on service status, and resolving any incidents. * **Unit Tracking:** Monitor the status of units assigned to operations through GPS platforms, ensuring compliance with planned routes and delivery times. * **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify and resolve any transportation issues (delays, breakdowns, etc.) to minimize impact on the client. * **Document Administration:** Responsible for creating and validating Waybills, organizing delivery proof for invoicing, and processing operator expense reports. * **Operator Management:** Maintain consistent and clear communication with drivers to provide instructions and necessary support. * **Reporting and Quality:** Generate performance reports (KPIs) on punctuality, efficiency, and service levels for both internal and external presentation. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles such as Traffic Coordinator, Logistics, Monitoring, or Transportation Inplant. * **Essential Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the process of generating **Waybill with Complement.** * Experience using GPS tracking platforms. * Knowledge of national-level routes. * **Education:** Completed technical high school or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent Customer Service * Problem Solving * Quality Focus * Organization and Planning * Effective Communication * Proactivity and Initiative **We Offer:** * Competitive salary plus performance bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation). * Additional benefits such as food vouchers, subsidized cafeteria, etc. * Direct company hiring. * Excellent work environment within a key operation for the company. **Interested in joining our team?** If you meet the requirements and are ready for this challenge, please apply through this platform or send your updated CV to lucia.manzano@freji.mx with the subject line: **"Vacancy Inplant Traffic Coordinator"**.
