




Job Objective: Comprehensively manage and direct store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, service standards, and profitability. Main Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily store operations. Lead the sales team, ensuring adherence to the Friedman method and customer service protocols. Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, average ticket, conversion rate, advisor productivity, etc.) to implement action plans. Develop sales and service strategies focused on results. Coordinate inventory, product displays, and proper placement of POP materials. Ensure correct execution of promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a retail manager preferred. Knowledge and application of the Friedman method. Proficiency in KPI management and results orientation. Leadership, effective communication, and team management skills. Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday off.
