Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Job Objective** Ensure that all shipments meet each customer's established documentation requirements to guarantee on-time and proper delivery.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Generate the necessary documentation for order deliveries across various markets to ensure transport units are completed on time and delivered to their final recipients. * Record and update completed deliveries to maintain control over invoice payments. * Verify that transport units are dispatched on time to reach their final recipients. Experience a. Administrative processes (e.g., invoicing, data entry, reporting, etc.). b. Interaction with suppliers. c. Customer service. Knowledge * Intermediate Excel (e.g., reporting, pivot tables, etc.). * Electronic invoicing. Education High School Diploma**Additional Profile** * Shipping and distribution processes. * ERP systems (SAP preferred).
