Responsibilities
* Record accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities)
* Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
* Reconcile bank accounts and review accounting entries
* Calculate and file tax returns (ISR, VAT, etc.)
* Stay updated on current tax laws
* Coordinate tax audits and respond to SAT requirements
* Develop budgets and financial forecasts
* Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results
* Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Organize and safeguard accounting and tax documentation
* Prepare reports for management or partners
* Maintain accounting books and regulatory reports
* Collaborate with other departments (human resources, procurement, treasury)
* Advise on financial decisions and cost-saving strategies
* Supervise accounting assistants or administrative staff
* Issue invoices for purchases made
* Proficiency in Neodata RP systems
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Knowledge of ASPEL COI and NOI
* Knowledge of invoicing
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
* Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax regulations
* Advanced Excel and accounting software skills (Neodata RP preferred)
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability
* Availability to work 100% onsite immediately
