AYCO is seeking a Production Planner to manage production planning, scheduling, and material control in metal-mechanical processes.

**AYCO** requires:
**Production Planner**
* Minimum education: Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical, automotive, or bodywork companies — mandatory.
* Knowledge of production planning, production reporting, production scheduling, material explosion (BOM), and supply management.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Prepare production progress reports.
* Generate production schedules based on installed capacity.
* Plan profile cutting considering material utilization and fabrication sequence.
* Perform material explosion (BOM) from bill-of-materials lists and fabrication drawings.
* Update bill-of-materials (BOM) lists according to engineering or process modifications.
* Plan flat steel cutting for body manufacturing, ensuring precision and material optimization.
* Identify and eliminate material shortages or surpluses to maintain continuous production flow.
* Define and schedule parts required for body manufacturing according to designs and production volumes.
* Manage material supply and coordinate metal-mechanical processes with internal and external suppliers.
