Job Summary: Responsible for validating requirements, controlling purchase records, managing suppliers, and ensuring the implementation of performance evaluations for the company’s locations. Strategic supplier and procurement management **Who Are We?** We are a company belonging to Grupo Industrial Adhetec S.A. de C.V., initially dedicated to the production of ceramic adhesives and with over 20 years of experience in the construction market. We operate three manufacturing plants for ceramic adhesives and grinding: Apaxco Plant, State of Mexico; Vizarrón Plant, Querétaro; and Tepeaca Plant, Puebla. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Validate the requirements necessary to achieve the established objectives and indicators for the three locations. * Ensure purchase requisition records comply with the necessary requirements for execution. * Manage suppliers to secure the inputs, goods, and/or services requested by the organization through competitive commercial relationships. * Ensure the evaluation, monitoring, and re-evaluation of external suppliers’ performance is implemented. * Report any deviations in the receipt of inputs, goods, and/or services specified in the purchase order to the Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator. * Issue purchase orders and verify inputs, goods, and/or services as required. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering degree or related field * 3 years of experience as a purchaser of spare parts and supplies for machinery and transportation * Supplier negotiation skills * Logistics and procurement knowledge * Stress tolerance * Valid driver’s license * Proficiency in operating standard vehicles is essential This position is based at the Apaxco Pérez Galeana plant but provides support to plants in Puebla, Querétaro, and Durango.
