




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide operational support in administration, indirect procurement management, and personnel information control. Coordination of internal activities for administrative operations Mexican company, manufacturer and importer of automotive parts, is seeking: **Human Resources Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. Mandatory. Technical degree or studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in administrative roles or supporting Human Resources, Procurement, or Administration departments, including file assembly and control, supplier management, invoice review, issuance of credit notes, cancellations, and corrections thereof. Experience in indirect procurement (preferred). * **Knowledge:** Basic to intermediate proficiency in Odoo, similar ERP systems, or administrative software. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, email, and WhatsApp. * **Skills:** Responsibility and discipline, organizational and administrative control, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** Provide operational support to the Administration department by managing indirect procurement, controlling and organizing personnel-related information, incidents, and administrative documentation, as well as coordinating internal activities to ensure proper administrative functioning. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $14,000 nominal * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
