




**Job Opening: Human Resources Analyst** **Department:** Human Resources **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Objective** Execute and monitor **payroll, IMSS, and recruitment** processes, ensuring legal compliance and proper management of human capital, thereby contributing to talent attraction and retention. **Responsibilities** * Calculation and processing of **payroll** (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Management of attendance incidents, severance settlements, and final payments. * Registration, cancellation, and salary adjustments with **IMSS**. * Handling of **SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE** systems. * Responding to IMSS and INFONAVIT requests. * Posting job openings and conducting **recruitment and selection** of personnel. * Conducting initial interviews and monitoring the hiring process. * Compilation and maintenance of employee files. * Drafting employment contracts and supporting onboarding processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting**, or a related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, Payroll Income Tax (ISR), and INFONAVIT**. * Experience using payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI, or similar). * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Numerical analysis. * Assertive communication. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Teamwork and results orientation. **Application** If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, **apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
