





**Administrative Manager (Monterrey)** We are seeking an Administrative Manager to work with our client, a manufacturing and operations company with facilities across multiple production sites. This position is responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting key financial information; maintaining administrative control over operations; and ensuring proper management of costs, budgets, accounts receivable, and inventory. The role requires a strong combination of financial analysis, operational management, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement in profitability, costs, margins, and pricing; presenting financial information to senior management; managing administrative controls with a focus on cost management and proper expenditure application; coordinating accounts receivable metrics and inventory management; and visiting operational sites to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business processes and objectives. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial statement interpretation, profitability analysis, inventory control, cost management, and operational processes related to manufacturing or industrial services. \- Experience in accounts receivable and portfolio management. \- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI. \- Intermediate English proficiency. **Skills and Competencies:** Negotiation, data analysis, critical thinking, ability to work with KPIs, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to coordinate across various operational and administrative departments.
