What you’ll do * Serve as the main point of contact with the client during project setup and account management phases. * Actively participate in and coordinate the development of strategic proposals aimed at achieving our clients' objectives. * Manage the P\&L for each account. * Be responsible for setting up and delivering internal and external tracking reports for assigned accounts. * Facilitate the dissemination of materials, promotions, and changes from the client to the operational team. * Organize and consolidate documentation to provide status updates to the client. * Prepare monthly activity closing to proceed with billing and cost provisioning. * Identify, together with the Account Director and the working team, opportunities and adjustments to meet client campaign goals. * Participate in the creation of media plans for assigned clients. * Plan and implement digital media campaigns. * Define and ensure quality customer service, service improvements, and digital media campaigns. * Client contact and reporting presentations. * Monitor and ensure compliance with service contracts. 02\. What you’ll bring University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration related fields. * Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and mastery of relevant terminology. * Experience with digital strategies and metrics (Analytics, Adwords Business Manager, Comscore). * Project management experience. * Ability to identify needs associated with the key problem to be solved. * Ability to effectively collaborate with teams through collaborative work sessions, workshops, and other techniques. * Must prioritize tasks. * Plan and implement digital media campaigns. * Define and ensure quality customer service, service improvements, and digital media campaigns. * Media negotiation skills. * Client contact and reporting presentation experience. * Report generation capabilities. * Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns. * Tracking and compliance with service contracts. * Office: Word, Excel (90%), PowerPoint; Knowledge of Zoho, Basecamp, Gsuite. * Negotiation skills. * Handling of confidential information. * Analytical ability. * Advanced intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent spelling and oral and written communication skills. 03\.
