Warranty handling and communication of technical failures Requirements: \* Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related degree \* Experience in maintenance of tractor-trailers and trailers \* Experience in warranties and processes with automotive dealerships \* Technical staff management and workshop supervision \* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance \* Maintenance reporting and KPI management Experience in spare parts and inventory management Experience in clearly documenting and communicating technical failures to dealership service advisors, avoiding external mechanical interventions that void warranties.
