Position Objective Ensure the preservation and proper functioning of plant facilities and equipment. Timely maintenance ensures operational efficiency, employee safety, extended asset lifespan, and prevention of costly production interruptions. Main Responsibilities * Execute and supervise **preventive maintenance** on plant equipment, machinery, and systems (ice machines, refrigeration systems, electrical systems, etc.). * Perform **electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting** to ensure operational continuity. * Manage **spare parts inventory** and coordinate procurement of critical components to prevent production downtime. * Ensure the **good condition of industrial facilities** through necessary adjustments, repairs, and replacements. * Support the production area in resolving machinery-related incidents. * Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with **industrial safety standards**. Knowledge and Competencies * **General:** * Principles of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Workplace safety and applicable regulations. * Use of maintenance tools and equipment. * Inventory and technical supplies management. * **Specific:** * Refrigeration equipment and electrical/mechanical systems in ice production plants. * Ice manufacturing processes and their impact on machinery. * Adjustment and operation of ice molding machines. * Technical specifications of spare parts in the industry. Requirements * Proven experience in **industrial maintenance** (mechanical and electrical). * Knowledge of **refrigeration systems and ice production** (desirable). * Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance teams and projects. * Ability to diagnose and effectively resolve failures. * Organizational skills for spare parts inventory management.
