Position: Cost and Budgeting Architect A leading company in the construction industry is seeking an architect or engineer for the Unit Prices department. Age: 22 to 30 years Location: Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an Architect with experience in construction project control and management, capable of creating work generators, performing estimates, and handling Neodata (desirable) for budget and cost control. Responsibilities: * Preparation of work generators and construction volumes. * Preparation and review of physical and financial progress estimates. * Use of Neodata for budgets, item catalogs, and construction control. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Neodata (Desirable). * Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. (Required) * Knowledge in unit price development. * Analytical and organizational skills. * Familiarity with additional construction management software (Project, Opus, etc.).
