ARICIMO, a company dedicated to construction and maintenance, is seeking a professional PROJECT COORDINATOR with solid technical training and extensive experience in site coordination and comprehensive project management. We seek an analytical, organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to work under clearly defined objectives. This person will serve as the primary liaison among administrative, operational, and field teams, ensuring each project progresses according to plan, remains within budget, and complies with established quality and safety standards. Required Profile * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordination, supervision, or site-resident roles. * Knowledge of construction processes, renovation, and building maintenance. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Basic/intermediate English desirable (not mandatory). * Required Experience * Coordination and monitoring of construction or renovation projects. * Budget management, cost analysis, and construction planning. * Field supervision, resource management, and communication with suppliers. * Knowledge of safety regulations and operational compliance. * Experience preparing reports, deliverables, and interfacing with corporate clients. Main Responsibilities Planning * Initial project survey. * Area measurement and data collection. * Plan drafting and technical review. * Compilation of material lists and requirements. * Development of schedule and weekly programming. * Creation of organizational chart and project structure. Costs * Preparation of unit price analysis. * Incorporation of penalties or adjustments requested by client. * Budget control and tracking of site expenditures. Bidding / Preparation * Preparation of safety files and required documentation. * Coordination of personnel, hiring, and resources. Field Execution * Daily project supervision. * Coordination with suppliers, work crews, and subcontractors. * Quality, safety, and operational compliance inspections. * Management of labor agreements, entry times, routes, and resources. * Submission of daily and weekly reports. Monitoring and Control * Tracking of actual vs. scheduled progress (critical path). * Control of materials, quality, and safety. * Achievement of objectives, scope, and timelines. * Validation of information for the Neodata platform. Project Closeout * Preparation of final report and client deliverables. * Coordination of billing with the administrative department. * Review of outstanding payments and documentary closure.
