Coordinate and supervise bar operations, ensuring quality standards, service excellence, inventory control, profitability, and the development of your team. Responsibilities * Supervise daily bar operations. * Coordinate and lead bartender and barback teams. * Ensure adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and service timing. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and vendor orders. * Implement strategies to increase bar sales. * Train staff in mixology techniques and service standards. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. ✅ Requirements * Minimum 2 years of bar experience (leadership role preferred). * Knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology. * Inventory management and cost control skills. * Leadership and teamwork abilities. * Flexible availability. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
