




Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst/Process Consultant to design and automate a new marketing system, eliminating manual processes and improving information management. Key Highlights: 1. Design and automate systems to eliminate manual processes. 2. Collaborate with clients to define the new version of a system. 3. Translate business needs into development requirements. **Job Objective:** We seek an individual with strong analytical ability and strategic vision to **thoroughly understand the current system used by the marketing team**, document it, and **collaboratively design with the client the new system version** that will fully replace the existing platform. The new system must retain the current functional essence but incorporate **all necessary improvements and automations** to eliminate manual processes (particularly those currently performed in Excel) and enable **automatic control, reconciliation, and information management.** **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, map, and document the complete operation of the current marketing system (workflows, calculations, business rules, dependencies, users, integrations). * Work **continuously and closely with the client**, understanding day-to-day processes, identifying pain points, opportunities, and improvement requirements. * Prepare **detailed functional documents and diagrams (Visio)** describing how the current system operates and how the new system should function. * Identify manual processes (particularly those performed in Excel) and propose their **automation within the new system.** * Propose improvements and new functionalities that add value, optimize time, and eliminate rework. * Translate business needs into **clear, structured requirements** for the development team. * Actively participate in requirement reviews, validations, and prioritization. * Ensure all functional documentation is clear, complete, and understandable for developers and end users. * Maintain constant, proactive, and assertive communication with all stakeholders. **Desired Profile** * Prior experience as a **Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Process Consultant** (preferably in marketing, finance, or internal control systems environments). * Strong capability in **process analysis, functional modeling, and technical documentation.** * Proficiency in documentation and process modeling tools (Confluence, Visio, Miro or similar). * Ability to **translate manual operations into automated processes** within systems. * Basic knowledge of database concepts, approval workflows, and budget reconciliations. * Experience working directly with clients or end users to understand their actual needs. * Excellent communication, critical thinking, and results orientation. * Proactive, curious attitude with willingness to constantly question and propose new ideas. * Ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner. * Optional: Knowledge of Agile methodologies. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. * Structured documentation capability and attention to detail. * User empathy and value orientation. * Requirement synthesis and prioritization capability. * Functional leadership and product vision. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Systems. * Desired experience in process automation or digitalization of workflows.
