Collaboration with supervisors and operators to support continuous improvement Logistics and Operations City: MORELOS Publication Date: May 18, 2026 Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Description: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Role: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Verify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to guarantee item inflow and outflow from units and the platform at the COP, ensuring full traceability and preventing item theft, while also supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy, to prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2. Identify each affected waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of the missing item, to ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting route dispatch on the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that every item has a pending record on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance on TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance), providing information to supervisors to prevent improper fuel use and fuel theft. 5\. Report TR1 and TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits, enabling the Supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route experiencing issues, thus avoiding recurrence. Halt the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if reconciliation discrepancies are detected. Require immediate delivery of the missing item and obtain the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant’s signed acknowledgment of the reconciliation discrepancy. Determine TR2 routes subject to fuel performance audits based on analysis. Manage location tracking of pending items on the platform. Monitor sanctions applied for TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. 1\. Supervisor: To specifically track TR1 and TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes.
