Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Auditor with experience in reviewing and auditing payroll processes to ensure legal and tax compliance, managing social security systems, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Review and audit of payroll processes to ensure legal and tax compliance. 2. Management and control of SUA, SIPARE, and ELEVA systems for social security. 3. Preparation of executive reports and proposals for process improvements. JOIN OUR TEAM! **PAYROLL AUDITOR** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and audit payroll processes to ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation. * Management and control of systems related to social security and payments: * · **SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación / Unique Self-Determination System)**: calculation and submission of IMSS contributions. * · **SIPARE (Sistema de Pago Referenciado / Referenced Payment System)**: management of worker-employer contribution payments. * · **ELEVA (INFONAVIT)**: administration of contributions and loan amortizations. * Preparation of **executive reports** on incidents, payroll costs, social charges, and projections. * Identification of inconsistencies in calculations of earnings, deductions, and contributions. * Coordination with accounting and tax departments to ensure proper payroll integration. * Proposal of internal process improvements to optimize time and reduce risks. **SOFT SKILLS** * Working under pressure * Organization * Conflict resolution **WE OFFER:** * Salary of **$14,000.00 gross monthly** * Weekly payments * Statutory benefits (25% vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus, vacation days, and social security) * Savings fund * Job stability **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in payroll auditing** or compensation areas. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT**. * Advanced Excel and payroll system proficiency. * Proven experience using **SUA, SIPARE, and ELEVA**.
