**Education**: Logistics\-International Trade / Administration / Industrial Engineering; Advanced English. **Job Objective**: Ensure the efficient management of the entire flow and storage of products across borders, including transportation, customs clearance, inventory, and documentation, to guarantee safe, timely, and cost\-effective delivery to the final destination. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Knowledge of Good Storage Practices Knowledge of NOM\-164\-SSA\-2015 Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceuticals. **Customs Management and Documentation**: Compliance with regulations and legal procedures under current foreign trade rules; knowledge of shipment management. **Planning and Coordination**: Design strategies for moving goods; finished product shipments; forwarder and shipping line management; order and supply management. **International Transportation**: Use of air, sea, and land transport modes to cross borders. **Inventory Management**: Stock control. Storage and Packaging: Protection and preparation of goods for transit. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate with the client’s internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance with timelines, logistical, and customs requirements. Organize and monitor customs clearance of export goods in accordance with the client’s specific instructions and regulatory guidelines. Monitor international shipments punctually until final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes. Execute import and export operations in compliance with INCOTERMS, Annex 22, General Rules of Foreign Trade, and other applicable legal provisions. Prepare and submit operational reports to the client, including key metrics and analysis of logistics\-customs performance. Ensure regulatory compliance for each operation, mitigating risks and optimizing customs release times. Manage electronic procedures via VUCEM, including COVE, DODA, CASA, and related platforms. Review customs valuation of goods in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Verify arrival of shipments and proper execution of exports. **Competencies:** Leadership and team management.
