Technical coordination with suppliers and maintenance. **Requirements** * Mechatronics, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of CoreTools, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 standards, and continuous improvement. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes. * Minimum 2 years of personnel management experience. **What You Will Do:** * **Production Management and Control:** Ensure data reconciliation in systems (ORION/IRIS), plan production, and guarantee compliance with quality standards on production lines (specifically at cutting tables). * **Continuous Improvement (WCM):** Analyze production losses to lead improvement projects under the **World Class Manufacturing** methodology, optimizing workflow and productivity. * **Team and Talent Management:** Manage operational staff in accordance with company guidelines, closing technical training gaps and managing skill matrices. * **Supplier and Maintenance Liaison:** Serve as the technical contact for external suppliers (e.g., Hegla, Optima) and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance to prevent line stoppages. * **Safety, Sustainability, and Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, and maintain all documentation and operational procedures (SOPs) up to date.
