Location: Xalapa Requirements: * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * **Minimum 2 years as Supervisor / Shift Manager / Team Leader**. * Experience managing armed or operational personnel. * Knowledge of standard operating procedures, supervision, and operational control. * Basic/intermediate Office skills. * Firearms handling (preferred). Responsibilities: * Supervision of private security services. * Control of standard operating procedures, patrol routes, attendance, and logs. * Shift coverage and incident management. * Operational reporting and performance evaluation. * Compliance with SDG Code of Ethics and protocols.
