Ensure warehouse operational standards At Mini Abastos, we are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with operational processes, quality standards, and established objectives. **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise operational staff. Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes. Ensure warehouse operational standards. Meet daily operational targets. **Main Functions:** Supervise cargo loading and unloading activities. Coordinate the work team to optimize productivity. Ensure proper receipt, storage, lot tracking, picking, and dispatch of goods. Track performance indicators for loading and unloading processes. Control inventories, shrinkage, and use of operational equipment. Verify quality of process execution by staff. Maintain and validate compliance with operational standards. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (completed or incomplete). Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses. Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Age:** 24 to 35 years old. Retail grocery industry experience is desirable. **Knowledge and Skills:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Leadership and team management skills.
