**Responsibilities:**
* **Logistics and Planning:** Designing the most efficient routes to reduce time and costs.
* **Fleet Management:** Monitoring vehicle mechanical condition, scheduling maintenance, cleaning, and fuel management.
* **Staff Coordination:** Assigning routes to drivers, tracking their rest periods, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* **Incident Resolution:** Addressing unforeseen events such as breakdowns, accidents, delays, or driver personal issues.
* **Safety and Regulations:** Verifying cargo and vehicle documentation, and ensuring adherence to road safety regulations.
* **Analysis and Reporting:** Preparing reports on fuel consumption, mileage, and operational performance to identify improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
* Knowledge of fleet operations.
* Personnel management experience.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
* Flexible working hours.
