Job Summary: REMEXCO is seeking a Regional Lawyer in Oaxaca to manage the recovery of overdue automotive loans, maintain updated case files, and follow up on litigation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for professional growth REMEXCO *We are a company dedicated to recovering overdue automotive loan portfolios, providing our clients with customized solutions aimed at efficiently recovering assigned portfolios.* Requirements: **REGIONAL LAWYER – OAXACA** *General Objective:* Keep judicial progress updated in the internal system through case file control. *Requirements:* · Possess a Professional Degree and License. · Experience in judicial and extrajudicial debt collection. · Flexible working hours. · Willingness to travel. · Own vehicle (preferred). *Key Responsibilities:* · Maintain the internal system updated with judicial progress. · Debt recovery. · Visit clients assigned by the Regional Manager. · Maintain control over portfolios assigned for administration. · Follow up on assigned litigation cases and attend courts to gather information and obtain photos of case files. · Report vehicle recoveries to the Regional Manager or designated personnel. · Draft legal memoranda and submit them accordingly. · Attend hearings punctually and properly. · Review the Official Gazette of the corresponding state daily. · Control and safeguard documents under one's responsibility. *Benefits:* · Base salary. · Uncapped commissions. · Career development plan. · Social Security (from day one). · All statutory benefits. · Fuel and vehicle maintenance support.
