Participates in audits and continuous improvement processes **FRUTMEX is seeking an SHE COORDINATOR for its Center \- Loma Bonita, Oaxaca** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A growing company dedicated to distribution and commercialization seeks an SHE COORDINATOR to support the implementation and monitoring of activities related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, promoting safe conditions for employees and supporting compliance with basic documentary and operational requirements necessary for audits and continuous improvement processes such as SMETA. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support activities related to order, cleanliness, and safety signage. * Maintain control and tracking of safety and hygiene forms, evidence, and documentation. * Assist in basic investigations of accidents and incidents. * Coordinate trainings related to safety, first aid, and emergency response teams. * Participate in civil protection drills and activities. * Verify the basic condition of first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment. * Support waste control and disposal. * Prepare simple reports on walkthroughs, incidents, and compliance. * Follow up on activities related to audits and customer requirements. * Promote a culture of prevention and safety among personnel. * Support initial implementation of SMETA-related processes. * Monitor PPE usage. * Support trainings and drills. * Manage forms and evidence. * Basic incident reporting. * Support SMETA-related activities. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Organization * Proactivity * Effective communication * Observation and follow-up * Teamwork * Preventive attitude **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in: safety and hygiene, operational supervision, industrial safety, quality, or similar positions. * Preferred experience in: safety walkthroughs, form management, training, audit coordination. * Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Environmental, Industrial, Civil Protection, Paramedic). * Basic experience in safety, operational supervision, or similar roles. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Availability for operational work and facility walkthroughs. * Desirable knowledge of safety and hygiene, and first aid. * **Mandatory: Must reside near the location.** **Work Schedule:** * Full-time * **Flexible schedule availability** * Monday to Sunday, with one day off.
