Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Experience: 1 year in supervisory, managerial, or related positions. * Knowledge of: personnel management, perishable food handling, inventory control, customer service, and sales. * Availability to work the full schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM (one Sunday every 15 days with additional pay). * Letters of recommendation are desirable. * Preference given to candidates residing near the work location or without transportation issues. Responsibilities * Personnel management, cash register closings and audits, customer service, sales management, general operational support, merchandise rotation, expiration date supervision, inventory control, and cash management. Work location: Central de Abastos, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca.
