Provide comprehensive support in ensuring clients in the fuel sector timely fulfill their tax obligations through correct integration, analysis, and control of accounting and tax information under current regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Record accounting transactions in accordance with current tax regulations.
* Determine and calculate taxes: Income Tax (ISR), Value-Added Tax (IVA), Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS), and withholding taxes.
* Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns.
* Perform bank and tax reconciliations.
* Review and validate CFDIs (income, expense, payroll, and hydrocarbons).
* Compile tax working papers.
* Support in responding to SAT requests and audits.
* Monitor tax obligations for assigned client portfolio.
Academic Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (intern or graduate)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/tax roles
* Experience in accounting firms or the energy sector
