Location: Airport, Puerto Escondido Job Objective Ensure all construction work is executed in compliance with drawings, technical specifications, regulations and established quality standards, guaranteeing that the project is safe and functional. Responsibilities * Participation in quality meetings and committees * Conducting quality audits and reports * Monitoring processes and on-site quality compliance * Quality control of materials and mechanical assembly work * Preparing inspection and quality reports * Maintaining up-to-date site logs and quality control records * Documenting non-conformities and corrective actions Requirements * Industrial or Electrical Engineer * Experience preparing reports and participating in committees using effective communication tools and establishing dialogue channels * Experience in quality control of materials, equipment, and procedures according to drawings and requirements * Ability to manage personnel * Conducting inspections, audits, monitoring and performance evaluations * Compliance with risk matrices and incident reporting, identifying improvement areas, correcting deviations, and ensuring quality compliance * Knowledge of quality standards including ISO, STPS, and international regulations Offer * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Mixed employment scheme * Participation in large-scale projects Interested candidates meeting the profile should apply through this channel.
