Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in the financial sector (preferably group lending; individual lending or pawnshop experience is also considered). * Age: 28 years or older. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive. * Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle).
