Participate in team meetings to analyze strategies and opportunities. ## Job Summary: Market Check Assistant The primary mission of this role is to **monitor and analyze competitors**. You will visit other stores (e.g., Walmart, Bodega Aurrera, etc.) to compare prices, assess product quality, and verify expiration dates. Essentially, you serve as the company’s eyes in the market to ensure continued competitiveness. ### 1. Working Conditions and Benefits * **Monthly Salary:** $10,493.70 MXN gross (before statutory deductions). * **Additional Benefit:** Monthly grocery voucher. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (approx.). * **Day Off:** Sunday. ### 2. What Will You Do? (Main Responsibilities) **Daily Tasks:** * **List Downloading:** Support the SAP system to download the list of products requiring review. * **Competitor Store Visits:** Travel to competitor stores to physically purchase the specified products. * **Internal Logistics:** Organize merchandise in our store’s receiving area, assist with delivery to the receiver, and move products to the sales floor. * **Data Entry:** Record and input prices of purchased items to generate comparative reports. **Weekly and Occasional Tasks:** * Assist in preparing the **Report 20** for the supervisor. * Participate in team meetings to review strategies and analyze weaknesses or areas of opportunity. ### 3. Candidate Profile (Requirements) * **Age:** 18–35 years old. * **Gender and Marital Status:** Not specified. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the field. * **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of transactions and decile management. ### 4. Work Environment and Tools * **Immediate Supervisor:** Market Check Coordinator. * **Assigned Tools:** Office computers and equipment. For transportation, taxi vouchers and a corporate card are coordinated by the department head. * **Physical Effort:** This is a dynamic role. Approximately 50% of time standing, 20% walking, 20% sitting, and 10% exposed to high temperatures (due to field visits). * **Uniform:** No uniform required for this position.
