**Maintenance / Cleaning Assistant**
**Job Objective**
Ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure facility cleanliness
* Conduct supervision rounds
* Clean tools, utensils, and equipment
* Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies
* Weekly facility inspections using checklists
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
* Report malfunctions or needs for specialized repair
**Requirements**
* Completed secondary education
* Minimum 1 year of experience in office or plant maintenance
* Knowledge of: Masonry, Plumbing, and Basic Electricity
