Job Summary: Responsible for the overall supervision and management of warehouses, optimization of logistics processes, and coordination of personnel to ensure operational continuity and inventory control. Training on internal processes and company systems. Requirements: Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in economics and administration, industrial engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 year in similar roles. Knowledge: Inventory management, effective communication, personnel management, logistics, computer operation, Office suite (intermediate Excel), decision-making, and conflict resolution. Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00 (including lunch break). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for receiving, supervising unloading, and verifying merchandise against delivery documents; inspecting proper classification, labeling, safeguarding, and location within the warehouse; and implementing logistics workflows and schemes to optimize operations. Supervises order preparation, picking, dispatch, and transfer to branches, handles emergency restocking, and supports internal merchandise movement to ensure operational continuity. Maintains inventory control and updates, reports incidents such as shortages, losses, or damages, optimizes storage space, maintains constant communication with operational departments, and supervises warehouse staff activities. Additionally, manages processes related to specific commercial brands, coordinates communication with suppliers, analyzes product turnover indicators, supervises correct use of the Microsip system, verifies inter-branch merchandise transfers, and prepares performance reports along with improvement proposals for management. **Work Location:** Centro neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez.
