Essential requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree or engineering (NOT INCOMPLETE) * Ability to drive a standard transmission car and valid driver's license * Knowledge or interest in sales * Must reside in Huajuapan and be familiar with surrounding areas * Good communication skills * Experience in customer service, attention, and follow-up * Proficiency in using technological tools * During visits: * Identify customer/business information through observation and dialogue with the client. * 100% field prospecting * Record collected information and evaluate feasibility of conquest based on findings. * Identify potential customer needs or requests for support. * Deliver presentations about Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma and our products. * Formalize negotiations, close conquests, and collect necessary documentation. * Carry out contract negotiations and commercial practices.
