THE WAITER POSITION REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING: * **Customer Service:** Greet guests, take orders, present dishes and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. * **Service:** Deliver orders to tables, remove dirty dishes, and reset tables. * **Account Management:** Handle payments and close checks. * **Menu Knowledge:** Understand ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings to make recommendations. * **Area Maintenance:** Set up and clean tables, service stations, and assist with general cleaning. * **Communication:** Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff members, handle complaints and requests. * **Customer Service:** Friendliness, attention to detail, patience, and proactivity. * **Communication:** Social skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals. * **Sales:** Sell dishes and beverages listed on the menu to guests.
