Perform analysis and correction of failures in PCBs, harnesses, and test benches. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * PCB rework, + Replacement of through-hole/SMT components. + Wiring to test points or directly onto SMT components. * Harness fabrication + Fabrication of harnesses according to designs requested by development engineers. + Ability to fabricate harnesses without prior design. * Maintain laboratory development inventory. + Quote and track purchase of electronic components. + Quote and track purchase of aluminum/steel profiles and plates. + Create purchase requests. * Assembly and maintenance of test benches. + Assemble prefabricated cabinets for mounting and wiring data acquisition cards. + Assemble and wire PCBs designed by the development team, which will undergo testing. * Interpretation of schematic diagrams and PCBs. * Work on multiple projects from the laboratory area. * Troubleshooting of integrated electronics. * Creation of engineering prototypes, soldering, PCB traces, harnesses, and electrical testing. **Requirements** Minimum 5 years’ experience as a laboratory technician, failure analysis, use of laboratory equipment, and soldering. In soldering (through-hole, SMT), cable harnesses, microprocessor components, and troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electronic and electromechanical devices. Intermediate English—reading Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving Measuring instruments Equipment testing and SMT knowledge Interpretation of schematic designs Harness and PCB soldering. Electrical circuit analysis and design.
