Job Summary: Supports the development and maintenance of web platforms and desktop applications to optimize internal processes, resolve incidents, and test functionalities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the development of new web platforms and desktop applications. 2. Maintenance and optimization of internal functionalities. 3. Monitoring and resolution of incidents on platforms. Junior Backend Developer Support the development of new web platforms or desktop applications according to company requirements, assisting the Development Department to automate and optimize internal processes. Maintain, optimize, and/or implement new functionalities within internal-use platforms—including administrative, financial, logistics control, warehouse management, and other systems deployed by the company for process automation—based on new requirements or bug fixes reported or requested by internal customers. Monitor internal customers via a ticketing system to resolve daily incidents occurring across various developed platforms. Test new functionalities or integrations developed by the department. Assist in deploying projects to production.
