Objective Summary Manage the employee's entire lifecycle—from talent acquisition to separation—ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and fostering a productive work environment aligned with company culture. 2. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection: Post job vacancies, conduct initial interviews, and administer psychometric tests. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Personnel Administration: Maintain personnel files, track attendance, manage payroll-related incidents, and handle social security agency procedures. Labor Relations: Address employee inquiries and mediate conflict resolution. Training: Identify training needs and organize development plans. Legal Compliance: Ensure the company complies with current labor legislation (employment contracts, severance settlements, occupational safety and hygiene regulations). Hiring Requirements Category Detail Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. Experience 2–3 years in similar positions. Technical Knowledge Federal Labor Law, payroll software, and Microsoft Office suite. 4. Desired Competencies (Soft Skills) Assertive Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both executives and operational staff.
