




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with strong communication skills to supervise branches, manage personnel, resolve issues, and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Active participation in problem resolution and customer service. **Requirements:** \- Education: Incomplete degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or completed high school \- Age: 25 to 35 years old \- Gender: Unrestricted \- Personal vehicle required \- Manual transmission driving ability \- Valid driver's license \- Flexible schedule availability **Main Job Responsibilities:** \- Verify timely branch opening and closing \- Resolve any issues arising during branch openings \- Conduct interviews and perform final candidate screening \- Train newly hired personnel \- Support coworkers during staffing shortages \- Reassign personnel to branches as needed \- Report payroll incidents \- Submit weekly attendance lists \- Distribute payroll receipts \- Inform team members about new promotions \- Communicate and resolve issues with team members and customers \- Review branch inventory and cash register (record image inspection and cash count in Kepeer) \- Inspect branch cleanliness \- Generate tickets in Kepeer for product discrepancies, shortages, or discount-related issues \- Compare physical receipts against system records \- Review Uber or Didi sales withdrawals in the system \- Monitor product rotation (FIFO principle) \- Receive suppliers at branches \- Enter supplier invoices into the system \- Supply cleaning products and work tools to branches \- Install promotional materials for new promotions \- Report theft and/or robbery incidents to monitoring department and police \- Direct interaction with customers \- Ensure all branches upload letter inventory at the end of the afternoon shift \- Audit three stores: Navojoa \- Huatabampo \- Villa Juarez \- Transfer cakes between branches and monitor target cake inventory **Skills, Knowledge, and/or Competencies** \- Strong communication skills (oral, written, spelling) \- Management of unforeseen events \- Report preparation \- Effective time management / calendar administration \- Teamwork, sense of urgency, proactive attitude, active listening, diplomacy \- Excellent personal presentation \- Results-oriented work approach \- Personnel management \- Empathetic Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
