Job Summary: Assists with general kitchen cleaning, waste handling, washing of utensils, and area replenishment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proper waste handling and general kitchen cleaning. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Separate, classify, and properly handle waste according to hygiene standards. * Assist with general kitchen cleaning: tables, floors, walls, and equipment. * Wash, disinfect, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area and assigned kitchen zones. * Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks as required (peeling, simple cutting, transporting supplies). * Timely supply of clean utensils to various kitchen areas. * Use cleaning products and personal protective equipment correctly.
