Experience in management systems (quality, food safety, HACCP, ISO 22000) 2. Support for internal and external audits 3. Training staff on document use and consultation DOCUMENT CONTROL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible working hours. EXPERIENCE: * Document control * Management systems (quality, food safety) * HACCP * GMP / NOM-251 * ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the document control system. * Coordinate reviews and updates with area responsible personnel. * Retire obsolete documents. * Support audits (customer, internal, and external). * Train staff on document use and consultation.
