If you have performed these activities during your work experience and/or possess the following skills/requirements, We want to meet you! **HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in personnel administration (personnel files, attendance tracking, incident reports, administrative minutes). * Support in basic recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, managing messages across mass media platforms, first-round interviews, job board postings, flyer distribution). * Collaboration in internal communication (dissemination of announcements, official notices, training on internal policies, promotion of the internal regulations). * Onboarding (welcome kit, orientation sessions, guided accompaniment, 30-60-90 day evaluations) * General support in administrative and operational tasks within the Human Resources department **MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Administration * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Excellent administrative management skills * Proactivity * Outstanding oral and written communication skills **WORK LOCATION** * Tlacolula de Matamoros, Oaxaca * Availability for occasional travel to La Joya, Oaxaca **WE OFFER** Part-time salary Option to fulfill professional internship requirements **Interested candidates please send CV to: atracciondetalento@mezcalamaras.com** Mezcal Amarás does not discriminate based on skin color, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, religion, nationality, or any other reason.
