Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for the credit department, responsible for loan placement, customer prospecting and service, application management, negotiation, and collections. Ongoing training opportunities and professional development INDEPENDENCIA FINANCIAL IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Placement of individual loans * Field-based customer prospecting * In-branch customer service (sales and collections) * Credit application data entry, digitization, and follow-up * Customer negotiation * Generation and tracking of payment commitments * In-person and telephone collections * Payment reception and cash handling Requirements: * Completed high school education * Sales experience * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
