A strategic role with direct impact on the business's technological evolution Description **Solution Architect** =============================================== **Mexico City \| 100% in-person** **About the Role** ---------------- We are seeking a **Solution Architect** with strategic vision and a practical focus, capable of designing and implementing an **executable architecture** to guide the evolution of a digital platform. You will play a key role in translating business needs into **concrete architectural decisions**, defining standards, patterns, and guidelines that enable multiple teams to work in alignment. This role **does not implement directly**, but does define “how it should be built” at the technical level. **Your Responsibilities** ---------------- * Design and define the **target architecture** of the platform * Assess the current state and identify **gaps, risks, and improvements** * Translate functional requirements into **clear technical decisions** * Define **architectural principles, standards, and patterns** * Design interactions among systems, layers, and domains * Establish guidelines for **integration (APIs, events)** * Align technical teams around the defined architecture * Support key decisions during execution preparation **What We’re Looking For** ------------------- * \+6 years of experience in **solution or digital platform architecture** * Experience defining: * Reference architectures * Technical standards and patterns * Guidelines for development teams * Experience in complex environments with multiple teams **Stack / Key Competencies** ------------------------------- * Modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.) * APIs, events, and system integration * Backend for Frontend (BFF) and experience middleware * Mobile apps and separation of UI / business logic * Experience orchestration (microapps, shell apps) * Enterprise systems (CRM, billing, payments) * Security and identity (SSO, MFA) * Cloud and containers (architectural perspective) * Data and AI fundamentals (at the architectural level) **Nice-to-Have Experience** --------------------------------------- * Telecommunications * Banking / Fintech * Financial services **What We Offer** -------------------- * A strategic role with direct impact on the business's **technological evolution** * Participation in high-level architecture decisions * Professional stability and growth **Location** ------------- Mexico City (100% in-person model)
