You will be responsible for ensuring optimal database operations, actively participating in: Monitoring and Maintenance Monitor SQL database performance. Perform backups, restorations, and preventive maintenance tasks. Manage updates, patches, and information security. Performance Optimization Analyze and optimize SQL queries. Adjust configurations to improve performance. Identify and resolve bottlenecks. Support and Incident Resolution Provide technical support to users and IT teams. Diagnose and resolve database issues. Collaborate with developers on data-related applications. Data Management Ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability. Administer data replication and synchronization processes. Implement data governance and management policies. Documentation and Reporting Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Generate reports on database performance and status. What Are We Looking For? 2 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator (mandatory). Solid experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (MySQL experience is also desirable). Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning. Familiarity with best practices in data security and management (ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus). **Certifications such as Microsoft Certified:** Azure Database Administrator Associate (desirable). Conversational English (ability to interact in international environments).
