Participates in programs and contributes to safety **Job Description** **Overview:** The Production Operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging, among other activities, the various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The Production Operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembly of the requested kit * Follow applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Keep locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of experience working on production lines and in clean rooms (preferred) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary, secondary.
